Volunteers Can Now Enlist on the Newly Created Union Fire District Website

Union Fire District Website

Those interested in volunteering and training at the Union Fire District can now do so on its newly-launched website.

Steven Pinch, UFD Chief mentioned that the new addition makes volunteering much easier, and that people could navigate through the process of becoming a member. The revamped website, unionfiredistrict.com contains multiple resources and has a user-friendly interface. Visitors will be able to read details about the department, which stations are available in their district, a page for news and more.

Prospective volunteers will be able to sign up and get up to speed, thanks to a section on training and an FAQ. The website has different links for full membership options for those aged 18 and above, and a junior membership option for those aged 16 to 17.

Alongside the official website, which was built using WordPress, the Union Fire District has also set up official social media accounts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
